Meditation Pathways in Melbourne specialises in small-group meditation courses for adults, and relaxation and meditation courses for VCE students.

We also regularly present workshops during the year.

Day and evening meditation classes are available.

The Meditation Pathways’ meditation courses in Melbourne can also be adapted to the workplace, with one-off workshops or a series of sessions.

Private lessons are also offered and these have proved to be particularly beneficial for people experiencing panic attacks, stress and insomnia.

WORKSHOPS

CALM YOUR EXAM NERVES ~ FOR VCE STUDENTS

Learn simple ways to cope with anxiety and stress about exams in a two-part workshop.

The sessions are packed with practical ideas to balance the body, mind and emotions so you feel calm, confident and creative.

Practices include stress busters, relaxation, mini-meditations and affirmations.

SLEEP SOUNDLY

Learn how to ‘switch off’ your mind, relax deeply and use your senses to ease into sleep.

You also receive a copy of the Drift into Sleep CD, as heard on Qantas inflight.
